Who we are
Polk County Home Buyers is a real estate investment company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not list properties for sale, and we do not represent sellers or buyers as agents. We make offers to purchase property for our own account. We may assign our purchase agreement to another buyer; when we intend to, we disclose it in writing before you sign.
No obligation
Requesting an offer does not obligate you to sell, and an offer is not binding on either party until a written purchase agreement is signed by both.
